I support women at thresholds—navigating life's transitions and shifts, anxiety and depression, and seasons of grief.
I believe you're the best expert in your life and the dreams you hold for it. My expertise lies in the questions I know to be most helpful.
Together, I trust we’ll create meaningful conversations to bring the impact you desire. Let's begin.
The poet Mary Oliver once asked, “What will you do with your one wild and precious life?” For me, the answer is this: to create space—for reflection, for healing, for meaning—in a world that often moves too fast.
This space together seems especially sacred in an era ripe with technology where we're often hungry for authentic human connection.
It’s a profound privilege to be with people in seasons where this longing is felt the most, usually during seasons of challenge or change. I’m especially drawn to these in-between moments—the thresholds, transitions, and turning points that shape us.
When I’m not creating conversations or reading poetry, I’m likely sipping coffee, cooking something cozy, or catching the sunset on an evening walk. I find joy in time with loved ones, good workouts, and dreaming of future travels—especially to Italy. Nature grounds me. Books inspire me. Chocolate helps, too.
This quieter side of life—the unscheduled, soulful, and playful—is what keeps me rooted and reminds me how to listen deeply. It’s where I find the balance to show up fully, both as a therapist and as a woman.
