Appointments are $205.
Payment is automatically charged following your appointment. Insurance reimbursement may apply according to your specific plan. Receipts are auto-generated monthly and available in your portal.
I'm an out-of-network provider.
Monthly superbills are provided for you to submit to your insurance carrier for reimbursement according to your policy. To determine eligibility, your insurance carrier will need to know I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Washington State.
I am not a Medicare provider.
For those enrolled in Medicare coverage, insurance reimbursement does not apply to our appointments together. As a result, I'm glad to provide a senior discount rate. Please speak with me further about this process.
Appointments cancelled without 48-hours notice will be charged at the full rate. Exceptions to be made for emergencies.
Cancellation fees are generally not eligible for insurance, HSA or FSA reimbursement. Refer to your policy.
In Washington State, those over 13 years old are in charge of their therapy relationship and the confidential information they share with me.
Exceptions to confidentiality apply and are outlined in my therapy contract.
