Mary Oliver
Mary Oliver asks, “What will you do with your one wild and precious life?”
For me, it is this—to create space for reflection, healing, and meaning-making in a world that often moves too quickly. In an age shaped by technology and constant connection, I believe we hunger even more deeply for genuine human presence.
It’s a privilege to walk alongside women in seasons when the need for connection is often felt—during times of challenge, change, and uncertainty. I’m especially drawn to these in-between thresholds, the transitions and turning points that ask us to pause, reconsider what matters, and discover more about who we are becoming.
If you’re considering therapy, I’d be honored to talk further. I invite you to reach out, and together we’ll explore whether working together feels like the next step.

The softer rhythms of life, unhurried and soulful, keep me rooted and remind me how to listen and live deeply. It’s where I return to myself, so I can be fully present with the people I serve.
When I'm not in conversation, you'll find me savoring poetry, cooking something cozy, or catching the sunset on an evening walk. Nature grounds me. Beautiful words inspire me. Chocolate delights me. I find joy in time with loved ones, good workouts, and dreaming of travel abroad.
